Support and quality assurance

Whether in preparation or during your social service, you will always have someone to talk to if you need help or have questions. Once a month there are online conferences with the Austrian Service Abroad Association, in which you report on your life and work. A coordinator of the Israeli Volunteer Association will visit you once a month in your flat-sharing community in order to improve your life together. If you have administrative questions, the office of the Austrian Service Abroad in Vienna is at your disposal.

The work of the Austrian Service Abroad is subject to strict regulations of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection. We are also part of WeltWegWeiser - the service agency for international volunteer assignments, in order to continuously develop our quality criteria.
